Visiting and giving gifts to officers, soldiers, and people in flood-affected areas.

On the morning of October 5th, comrades Mai Duc Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television, and Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association; Nguyen Viet Khanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and Nguyen Hoang Long, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, visited and encouraged cadres and soldiers who are on duty to overcome the consequences of the natural disaster caused by Typhoon No. 10 in Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards and the people of Linh Ho commune.

Comrades Mai Duc Thong, Nguyen Viet Khanh, and Nguyen Hoang Long visited and encouraged officers and soldiers on duty.

The delegation directly visited and encouraged the forces on duty at 26-3 Square and Quang Trung Primary School, which suffered heavy damage from the aftermath of Typhoon No. 10. Throughout the recent storm and floods, hundreds of officers and soldiers accompanied and stood side by side with the people in activities such as relocating property, rescue operations, cleaning up the environment, and distributing relief supplies. Following this, the delegation visited and presented gifts to three families in Linh Ho commune whose entire property and crops were swept away by the floods.

Comrade Mai Duc Thong, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television, visited and encouraged the officers and soldiers participating in disaster relief efforts at Quang Trung Primary School.

The delegation visited families affected by Typhoon No. 10 in Linh Ho commune.

To date, the Provincial Red Cross Society has received 390 million VND in cash and over 40 tons of relief goods, including 3,900 gift packages, 3 tons of rice, 1,600 boxes of instant noodles, and 7,575 bottles of drinking water… These gifts will be promptly distributed to support the people in the flood-affected areas.
