On the morning of July 28th, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee - along with representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports , the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Literary and Artistic Associations, the Ho Chi Minh City Writers' Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, visited People's Artist Hung Minh, People's Artist Truong Lo, and writer Xuan Phuong.
This visit aims to acknowledge and express gratitude for the contributions of artists and writers in general, and especially those who participated in the revolution, received State Awards, Ho Chi Minh Awards, People's Artists, and Meritorious Artists, and have dedicated their lives and contributions to the development of literature and art in the city over the past 50 years.

At the home of People's Artist Hung Minh (Thong Tay Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong cordially inquired about his health and expressed his gratitude for his profound contributions to the arts in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the whole country in general.

At 84 years old, artist Hung Minh, despite his advanced age and declining health, remains optimistic and cheerful. He currently lives with his wife, artist Hoa Lan. Hung Minh recounts that he occasionally receives invitations to perform and participate in voice-over work for animated films. Despite his limited memory, he remains dedicated to his profession, hoping to contribute to the arts.
During his visit to People's Artist Truong Lo, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong expressed his deep appreciation for the immense contributions of the artist to the profession, to the arts, and to the cultural field of Ho Chi Minh City.

The delegation also visited writer Xuan Phuong, where the female writer recounted her experience of fighting the resistance war alone.
