According to the cooperation agreement, Saigon University will play the role of a knowledge and human resource platform, providing management thinking, AI applications, data analysis, and training high-quality personnel.
Satra plays a fundamental role in supply and price stabilization, organizing sourcing, logistics, and product standardization.
Saigontourist takes on the role of providing a service and experience platform with added value in tourism, accommodation, cuisine, conferences, and events.
Saigon Co.op is a customer and distribution platform that directly brings products to consumers.
Saigonbank provides a financial platform and ecosystem through capital, payment, and credit solutions for the entire supply chain.

The alliance of five entities representing five distinct sectors is expected to create synergistic strength, leveraging the unique strengths of each member to build a sustainable ecosystem and elevate the brand value of Saigon. The alliance also aims to make practical contributions to the economic development of Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the whole country in general.

According to Associate Professor Pham Hoang Quan, Rector of Saigon University, this alliance brings together five important pillars: knowledge and human resources; trade and supply chains; tourism and services; distribution and customers; and finance and capital.
The alliance members collaborate in researching and proposing models and solutions for implementing projects assigned by the city; co-funding or participating in social welfare, cultural, educational, commercial, and tourism programs, contributing to building the image of Saigon-branded businesses with high social responsibility.
“This is the first time Ho Chi Minh City has had an alliance of units bearing the Saigon brand. The cooperation, sharing, and determination to jointly enhance the position and value of the brand are the foundation for the network of units bearing the Saigon brand to develop even more widely,” emphasized the Rector of Saigon University.
