Establish a team to review input data for calculating Gia Lai province's GRDP.

(GLO) - The Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, Rah Lan Chung, has just signed Decision No. 417/QD-UBND establishing a team to review input data for calculating the province's GRDP.

Accordingly, the team reviewing input data for calculating Gia Lai province's GRDP consists of 10 members, with Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tam, Acting Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Statistics Office, as the team leader; Mr. Do Viet Hung, Director of the Department of Finance, as the deputy team leader; and the remaining 8 members being leaders from the following units: Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Construction; Department of Agriculture and Environment; State Treasury Region XIV; Provincial Social Insurance; Customs Branch Region XIV; Tax Branch Region XIV; and State Bank of Vietnam Branch Region 11.

The team responsible for reviewing input data for calculating Gia Lai province's GRDP is under the direct guidance and management of the Provincial People's Committee. Its responsibilities include assisting the Provincial People's Committee in organizing and directing the implementation of economic growth scenario solutions, and reviewing input data for GRDP calculation periodically (quarterly, every six months, every nine months, and annually) before reporting to the Provincial Statistics Office. This ensures that the data is complete, objective, and accurate, reflecting the true socio-economic situation of the province.

At the same time, maximize the mobilization of available statistical information and other resources in the production, provision, and dissemination of statistical information by the Statistics Sub-department and departments, boards, and agencies, while ensuring practicality, feasibility, and effectiveness.

The reporting team's analysis and evaluation team highlighted the strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages, and subjective and objective reasons affecting the increase (decrease) in reported data for the sector under their management, in order to strive to complete the assigned tasks.

Members of the Data Review Team are assigned tasks by the Team Leader.

The data review team operates on a part-time basis and will disband after completing its task.
