During the meeting, the ward leaders received information, opinions, and feedback regarding socio -economic issues that are currently facing difficulties and challenges in the locality. Among these was the case of Mr. Tran Phong (born in 1975), who petitioned that in 1996, his family exchanged a considerable amount of land to expand a local school. In 2003, his family was granted a land use right certificate for the exchanged land area, but it was short by 600 square meters. This issue has persisted and remains unresolved to this day. On this occasion, Mr. Phong's family requested that the authorities reissue the land use right certificate for the address: Thuong An residential area, Phong Thai ward, according to the initial agreement.
After listening to the opinions and suggestions of citizens and exchanging views with representatives of local functional departments, the Chairman of Phong Thai Ward People's Committee, Le Viet Thanh, further clarified the contents of the citizens' complaints, suggestions, and feedback. He also directed the Department of Economy, Infrastructure, and Urban Planning to urgently review and propose a definitive solution in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate interests of Mr. Phong's family.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phong Thai Ward stated that currently, all issues raised by residents will be listened to, received, considered, and resolved by local government departments and agencies in accordance with the law and within their authority, with the highest sense of responsibility, ensuring that no problems persist or become complicated and prolonged.
