After two days of work, the 11th National Congress of Patriotic Emulation concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and determination. The most significant impact of the Congress was not only the honoring of outstanding collectives and individuals, but also the strong affirmation that patriotic emulation must be substantive, effective, and use productivity and quality as the highest measure.
The Congress established a new mindset in the emulation movement: not just fulfilling one's role, but a spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to innovate that is spreading strongly. This is a crucial driving force to realize the aspiration of "accelerating and breaking through," leading the country into a new development phase in 2026-2030.
On the sidelines of the Congress, many delegates clearly demonstrated their determination to act and put the spirit of emulation into practical work. Professor Vu Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry, said that over the past year, research activities have seen positive progress thanks to Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. This is considered an important prerequisite for the intellectual workforce to continue contributing even more strongly after the Congress.

Professor Vu Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry, shared: "We will maximize our internal resources and strengthen effective connections between researchers and businesses to bring the scientific results accumulated over decades into practical applications, creating more value for society."
Many delegates also argued that the spirit of patriotic emulation in the new era is not only about fulfilling assigned tasks, but also about daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, transforming difficulties into motivation, and turning challenges into opportunities for development and contributing more to the country.
Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Hang, Principal of Ben Tre Secondary School in Vinh Long province, shared that she will continue to promote the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning, and implement many initiatives to improve the quality of education . The focus will be on the emulation movement in foreign language teaching and learning, aiming to make English the second language in the school.
Athlete Nguyen Thi Oanh, from the Vietnamese Athletics Team, affirmed that after the Games, she will continue to strive to train and compete with the highest determination to achieve good results, while spreading positive energy and inspiring patriotic emulation to the community, especially the younger generation.

From the perspective of Vietnamese intellectuals abroad, Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, President of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Japan, stated that they will begin with practical and concrete actions in their work and daily lives. The community of Vietnamese intellectuals and businesspeople in Japan will coordinate with local authorities, ministries, and agencies in Vietnam to promote cooperation programs, technology transfer, and the implementation of new projects, contributing to improved socio-economic development.
The 11th National Congress of Emulation and Patriotic Movements has concluded, but the pride, enthusiasm, and spirit of emulation will continue to spread strongly, becoming a driving force and source of inspiration for the emulation movement in the 2026-2030 period, with the spirit of "Unity, innovation, creativity, and aspiration to rise," working together to build an increasingly prosperous and strong country.
