Witnessing the organization of the contest, we found that most of the contestants had good skills and methods for preparing presentations, mastering the class, combining many methods from raising issues, analyzing, relating to practice to interaction and communication to convey close content, creating inspiration for learners. According to the assessment of the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, a highlight of the contest was that the political lecture topics of the contestants were very rich and comprehensive in many fields, referring to both "building" and "fighting" in the work of leading, directing, organizing military activities, local defense...

With many different topics, the candidates flexibly applied many methods, creating diversity in pedagogical skills, bringing valuable experiences to complement each other. This is the condition and basis for each candidate to absorb, accumulate, and gradually improve their qualifications and pedagogical skills, contributing to promoting the quality of military education in Lam Dong province.

Winning the first prize of the contest, Captain Nguyen Tuan Huy, Propaganda Assistant, Political Department of Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, modestly shared: "I chose the topic of the Army with the task of building "people's hearts and minds" in the new situation and through the contest, I learned and gained a lot of experience. I realized that I need to add many issues to complete the lecture, apply it to the practice of political education in the unit in the coming time."
