Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Chung, Political Commissar of the PTKV 6 Command Board - Con Dao Special Zone, said: "As a newly established unit, we determined that the implementation of the emulation movement must be associated with the task of stabilizing the organization and staffing, focusing on building a regular order, training discipline, building a comprehensively strong agency and unit, "exemplary, typical".

The Party Committee and the Command Board of PTKV 6 - Con Dao Special Zone determined to strengthen leadership and effectively implement propaganda, education , and ideological orientation for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind; improve training quality, combat readiness, and do a good job of mass mobilization and policy work in the area. Accordingly, the subordinate units always adhere to the motto "Fundamental, practical, solid", attach importance to synchronous and in-depth training, in which cadre training is the key, tactical training is the focus. Each training content is implemented methodically and scientifically, focusing on night training and training in conditions close to actual combat.

Propaganda and education work is deployed synchronously with many forms and methods to change the awareness and actions of all cadres, party members and soldiers to strive to fulfill assigned tasks. In addition to regular propaganda, the unit also uses the internal broadcasting system; integrates the content of party congresses at all levels into exchanges, discussions and democratic dialogues, helping cadres and soldiers easily access and remember knowledge, strengthen their beliefs; organize tours and educate about revolutionary traditions at the Con Dao Prison National Special Relic Site to foster patriotism and revolutionary heroism for cadres and soldiers.

In addition, the PTKV 6 Command Board - Con Dao Special Zone also organized activities to honor war invalids, relatives of martyrs, meritorious people, former political prisoners of Con Dao; coordinated with the locality to implement the Green Saturday model to clean the environment and mobilize people not to litter the sea... According to Lieutenant Colonel Ma Le Thanh Phuong, Commander of the PTKV 6 Command Board - Con Dao Special Zone, the unit launched and implemented the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August Red Flag - Emulation to Win 3 First Places". Each cadre, party member, and soldier must clearly demonstrate the pioneering and exemplary spirit, determined to successfully implement the emulation targets, creating a new atmosphere, new motivation towards welcoming the Congress of the City Military Party Committee with deep affection and belief.
