Thieu Hoa organizes sports event "Celebrating the Party"

To celebrate the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, Thieu Hoa district organized sports activities and displayed books, newspapers, and publications for the Spring of the Snake 2025 in a safe and economical manner. This contributed to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere for the people at the beginning of the new year.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa District, Hoang Trong Cuong, presented commemorative flags to the teams participating in the sports festival.

The sports festival included a men's football tournament and a pickleball tournament, with over 300 athletes from communes, towns, and agencies in the district participating. Specifically, the men's football tournament had 20 teams; the pickleball tournament had 45 men's teams and 6 women's teams.

The matches were lively and exciting.

The sports festival is a practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), creating an atmosphere of excitement to celebrate the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025. At the same time, it provides a playground to improve physical fitness and health among all segments of the population, promoting the development of the district's sports and physical education movement.

The district leaders visited the spring newspaper exhibition.

On this occasion, at the Cultural, Information, Sports and Tourism Center of Thieu Hoa district, an exhibition of books, newspapers, and publications titled "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Year of the Snake 2025" was inaugurated. The exhibition features spring newspapers, books and publications promoting the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the history of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the Thieu Hoa District Party Committee; the socio -economic achievements of the district; and books on the cultural and historical traditions of Thanh Hoa province and Thieu Hoa district... all for the benefit of the people.
