The company would like to inform and request that customers take note of the following:

We kindly request that you pay your electricity bill within 5 days from the date Party A (Electricity Company) notifies you of the first payment for the billing period (Article 1 of the Electricity Purchase Agreement for Domestic Use).

In the event that the electricity buyer fails to pay the electricity bill and has been notified twice by the electricity seller, after 10 days from the date of the first notification, the electricity seller has the right to disconnect the electricity supply. The electricity seller will notify the electricity buyer of the disconnection time 24 hours in advance and is not responsible for any damages caused by the disconnection (Clause 4, Article 48 of the Electricity Law effective from February 1, 2025). The electricity buyer who is late in paying the electricity bill must also pay interest on the overdue amount to the electricity seller (Point a, Clause 1, Article 48 - Electricity Law 2024).

Therefore, in order to ensure continuous and stable electricity supply, and to prevent power outages due to customers being more than 10 days overdue on their electricity bills, as well as the additional cost of late payment interest, Long An Power Company respectfully requests that customers pay their electricity bills within 5 days of receiving the first electricity bill notice.

Customers can register to pay their electricity bills online, via e-wallets, and through the applications of various banks and electricity bill payment points in the area, such as banks, post offices , Viettel agents, The Gioi Di Dong (Mobile World), Dien May Xanh (Electronics Store), Bach Hoa Xanh (Grocery Store), Pharmacity, etc., and other locations with electricity bill payment identification signs.

Note: When making payments for these locations, customers must receive a receipt for electricity payment after completing the transaction.
