A sweet message for that special man.

International Men's Day (November 19th) may not be as festive as Mother's Day or International Women's Day, but it's an opportunity for us to reflect: In every home, there's always a man who silently shoulders the burden, sometimes quiet but always fulfilling his responsibilities.

A simple thank you or a heartfelt wish can make the journey of being a husband and father much warmer. And here are 5 meaningful activities suggested specifically for the special man in your family.

1. A dinner to "thank the man of the house"

No need for anything fancy, just a cozy meal with your father/husband's favorite dish. Add a thank you or share a memorable anecdote about your father/husband. Those will be wonderful family moments.

2. Write a handwritten card or make a "wish jar" for that special man.

Each person wrote a few small, sweet things and put them in a jar: "I promise I won't forget to tidy up my toys this week," "I'll wake up early with you to exercise"... A simple gift, but truly thoughtful and touching.

3. A relaxing outing

The whole family can watch a movie together, take a walk in the park, visit grandparents… The goal is to dedicate quality time to each other, without phones or work distractions.

4. The children have a "Dad Service Day".

Let children play the role of "Dad's hero," making drinks, arranging slippers, giving drawings, etc. This is also a way to teach children gratitude and to show love.

5. Take a family photo shoot.

No studio needed, just natural light and a genuine smile. A new photo will capture a beautiful moment of the family man from the past year.

International Men's Day doesn't need expensive gifts. What husbands and fathers need most is recognition and love from the people they dedicate their lives to caring for. Let this year's November 19th be a gentle, warm day, enough to make the men of the family smile and feel appreciated.

Here are some messages wives and children can send to their beloved husbands:

1. Thank you, Dad, for always being a strong support system that allowed me to grow up peacefully.

2. Thank you for choosing to love this family with all the kindness you can muster.

3. He is a strong man, but he also deserves to be relied upon.

4. Your family will always be here to share things with you.

5. Dad, I don't talk much, but I'm proud to have you.

6. Thank you for your patience, even when I'm stubborn. Thank you for your gentleness, even when you're most tired.

7. He's not perfect, but to me and our children, he's the best man.

8. Dad, thank you for the evenings you rocked me to sleep, the mornings you took me to school, and all the hugs that needed no reason.

9. Thank you for always striving to keep this home filled with laughter.

10. Throughout life's journey, I've always longed to hold my father's hand for as long as possible.

11. I wish you good health, happiness, and peace because my mother and I need you very much.
