Phat Anh Minh Company Limited in Thanh Tri, Hanoi , had 23 products recalled. Among them are the following brands: Gemlites Cocoa Quartz Colorditioner, BondFix Conditioner, Viral Rose Gold Colorditioner. There are also Lion Kids' Toothpaste Strawberry, or Viral Hot Pink Colorwash, Medicinal Medicinal Salt...

Both companies are trading cosmetics without or without presenting the required product information records, according to the Drug Administration of Vietnam. Therefore, the companies must stop selling, recall the above products and report the results to the Department before November 25.

In addition, the Drug Administration revoked the receipt number of the above Cosmetic Product Declaration Form.

This is the first time the Drug Administration has recalled such a large quantity of cosmetics at the same time.

Over the past week, the Ministry of Health has continuously discovered, suspended, and recalled fake, low-quality, and substandard cosmetics. Yesterday, a counterfeit sunscreen was also recalled. Experts say substandard products pose a risk of causing skin irritation, infection, or affecting the health of users.
