45 types of cosmetics recalled.

The Drug Administration Department of the Ministry of Health has recalled 45 types of cosmetic products, including shampoos, conditioners, skin creams, toners, etc., from two companies, Phat Anh Minh and Quoc Te Dai Cat A, due to the lack of or failure to present product information dossiers.

According to a decision issued on November 13th by the Drug Administration, Dai Cat A International Co., Ltd. in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, has had 22 products recalled. These include: Queendoes essential PDRN serum, The Skin House Crystal Whitening Plus Serum, Queendoes Lucia Serum, and The Skin House Wrinkle Collagen Toner. Additionally, DR.IASO Triple-M Hydrating Cream and other products such as Hyaluronic 6000 Ampoule and Snail Mucin 5000 Ampoule are also recalled.

Phat Anh Minh Co., Ltd. in Thanh Tri, Hanoi , had 23 products recalled. These included brands such as Gemlites Cocoa Quartz Colorditioner, BondFix Conditioner, and Viral Rose Gold Colorditioner. Also recalled were Lion Kids' Toothpaste Strawberry, Viral Hot Pink Colorwash, and Medicinal Salt toothpaste.

According to the Drug Administration, both companies were found to be selling cosmetics without or failing to provide the required product information documentation. Therefore, the businesses must cease sales, recall the products, and report the results to the Administration before November 25th.

In addition, the Drug Administration Department revoked the registration number of the aforementioned cosmetic product declaration form.

This is the first time the Drug Administration has simultaneously recalled such a large quantity of this type of cosmetic product.

Over the past week, the Ministry of Health has continuously detected, suspended, and recalled counterfeit, substandard, and non-compliant cosmetics. Yesterday, a counterfeit sunscreen was also recalled. Experts assess that substandard products pose a risk of skin irritation, infection, or other health problems for users.
