Recovering more than 21,000m2 of Con Xanh land due to violations

(CLO) The People's Committee of Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province has just issued a decision to reclaim 21,444.6 square meters of land in the Con Xanh area due to violations of land laws.

According to Decision No. 5280/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district (Nam Dinh province) on the recovery of 21,444.6m2 of land used by Mr. Tran Van Huynh (permanent residence at Hamlet 5 Nam Hai, Nghia Hai commune, Nghia Hung district) due to violations of land laws. The recovered land belongs to plot No. 15 (lot No. 15), the revised survey and land use measurement of the Con Xanh area to serve the state management of land, in the area temporarily assigned to the administrative management of Nghia Hai commune.

The reason for land reclamation is that Mr. Tran Van Huynh violated the law on land. Mr. Tran Van Huynh is responsible for implementing the decision to reclamation; handing over the land and documents related to the reclamation plot (if any) to the People's Committee of Nghia Hai commune for management according to regulations.

Nghia Hung District People's Committee assigns Nghia Hai Commune People's Committee to be responsible for delivering this decision to Mr. Tran Van Huynh. In case Mr. Tran Van Huynh does not receive this decision or is absent, a record must be made to record the content of the incident. This decision shall be posted at the Nghia Hai Commune People's Committee Headquarters, the Cultural House of Hamlet 5 Nam Hai, Nghia Hai Commune and in the Con Xanh area.

Preside over and coordinate with the Commune Fatherland Front Committee and the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment to mobilize and persuade Mr. Tran Van Huynh to implement.

In case, after persuasion and mobilization, Mr. Tran Van Huynh does not comply, the People's Committee of Nghia Hai commune shall prepare a report to the District People's Committee for handling according to regulations. At the same time, receive and hand over the land and documents related to the recovered land plot (if any) for management according to regulations.
