Over 21,000 square meters of land in Con Xanh area have been reclaimed due to violations.

(CLO) The People's Committee of Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province, has just issued a decision to revoke 21,444.6 square meters of land in the Con Xanh area due to violations of land law.

According to Decision No. 5280/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung District (Nam Dinh Province) on the revocation of 21,444.6 m2 of land currently used by Mr. Tran Van Huynh (permanent address at Hamlet 5, Nam Hai, Nghia Hai Commune, Nghia Hung District) due to violations of land law. The revoked land belongs to plot number 15 (lot number 15), according to the revised land use survey map of Con Xanh area for state land management purposes, in the area temporarily under the administrative management of Nghia Hai Commune.

The reason for land reclamation is that Mr. Tran Van Huynh violated land laws. Mr. Tran Van Huynh is responsible for complying with the land reclamation decision; handing over the land and any relevant documents related to the reclaimed land (if any) to the Nghia Hai Commune People's Committee for management as prescribed.

The People's Committee of Nghia Hung District assigns the People's Committee of Nghia Hai Commune the responsibility of delivering this decision to Mr. Tran Van Huynh. If Mr. Tran Van Huynh refuses to receive this decision or is absent, a record must be made documenting the event. This decision shall be posted at the Nghia Hai Commune People's Committee headquarters, the Cultural House of Hamlet 5, Nam Hai Commune, and at the Con Xanh area.

The presiding officer, in coordination with the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment, organized a campaign to persuade Mr. Tran Van Huynh to comply.

In the event that Mr. Tran Van Huynh still refuses to comply after all efforts and persuasion, the Nghia Hai Commune People's Committee will prepare a report for the District People's Committee to handle the matter according to regulations. Simultaneously, they will receive the land and any related documents concerning the reclaimed land (if any) for management in accordance with regulations.
