In 2025, Dak Lak province was assigned a tax collection target of VND 13,243 billion by the Central Government and VND 16,138 billion by the Provincial People's Council. During the year, the entire sector is estimated to collect VND 17,500 billion (equivalent to 132.1% of the Central Government's target, 108.4% of the Provincial People's Council's target, and a 25.7% increase compared to 2024). Of this, total domestic revenue is VND 12,416 billion (equivalent to 131% of the Central Government's target and 127.8% of the Provincial People's Council's target); land use fee revenue is estimated at VND 5,084 billion (equivalent to 134.9% of the Central Government's target and 79.2% of the Provincial People's Council's target, and a 45.9% increase compared to 2024).

Thirteen out of 14 units achieved or exceeded the tax and fee revenue targets assigned by the Provincial People's Council for 2025; 12 out of 14 units showed growth compared to 2024. By sector, revenue from state-owned enterprises reached 118.7% of the central government's target and 119% of the Provincial People's Council's target; revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached 157.5% of the central government's target and 157.5% of the Provincial People's Council's target; revenue from the non-state sector reached 133.8% of the central government's target and 130.4% of the Provincial People's Council's target. Ten out of fifteen revenue items and tax categories completed or exceeded their 2025 targets and showed high growth compared to 2024; three out of fifteen revenue items and tax categories achieved lower growth compared to 2024.
Including the period 2021 - 2025, the province's total domestic revenue reached 71,464 billion VND (equivalent to 120.7% of the central government's allocated budget, 92.6% of the provincial People's Council's allocated budget, with an average annual growth rate of 6.4%).

According to assessments, tax work in 2026 will face many difficulties and challenges, thus requiring the entire tax sector to make efforts and prepare contingency plans for the implementation of tax tasks. In this context, the tax sector will focus on the vigorous implementation of 5 key tasks, 10 groups of solutions, and 55 specific solutions.
At the conference, the Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department awarded commendations to 9 units for their outstanding achievements in state budget revenue collection in 2025. Simultaneously, they launched the emulation movement for 2026 and signed emulation agreements between units within the department.
