Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Education and Training, Ngo Quang Tue, emphasized that primary school is the foundational level, where the first building blocks are laid for the formation of a person's character and abilities. STEM education is a method that helps students put learned theories into practice through hands-on product creation. Each STEM product is the result of students' own research, experimentation, and problem-solving, thereby fostering critical thinking and adaptability for future generations of citizens. Artistic creativity and calligraphy are ways for the education sector to cultivate creativity based on humanistic principles, helping to nurture the souls and emotions of children.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province suggested that, through this program, schools should continue to maintain and expand STEM models, art activities, and effective handwriting practice activities so that the spirit of innovation spreads throughout the school year.

The program attracted over 500 students from 10 subject clusters to participate in the "Writing Correctly - Writing Beautifully" competition; 10 booths displaying STEM products, 10 art products, and 10 cultural performances from the subject clusters.
At the STEM Product Fair, Pham Dinh Thang, a 5th-grade student from Nguyen Viet Xuan Primary School in Nam Dinh Ward, shared that in their 5th-grade curriculum, they learned about wind and solar energy and the benefits of these energy sources. Therefore, he and his group members came up with the idea of creating a model air purifier to improve classroom air quality, protect health, and raise awareness about using clean energy.

Ms. Ha Thi Quy Vinh, a teacher at Nguyen Viet Xuan Primary School, shared that during the teaching of science and technology subjects, teachers introduced and guided students to use recycled materials to create models with high practical applications in daily life, suitable to their abilities. Through these interdisciplinary STEM lessons, students demonstrated a wealth of ideas, showing that this method closely links theory and practice, helping students develop creativity, critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations.
Based on the needs and interests of students, many primary schools in Ninh Binh have recently organized after-school activities such as art, sports, STEM experiences, digital citizenship education, life skills, English, etc.; actively utilizing school facilities such as libraries, playgrounds, sports fields, multi-purpose halls, etc., to create opportunities for students to play, have fun, and participate in clubs related to various subjects.
Through interdisciplinary teaching activities, students are introduced to scientific knowledge in a lively way, have opportunities to practice and create highly applicable products, contributing to the formation and development of their thinking abilities and problem-solving skills, and igniting their passion for learning.
