Thuy Linh increased 1 place on the BWF rankings.

Nguyen Thuy Linh has risen to 26th in the BWF women's singles rankings, up 1 place from her previous achievement. This is not the highest ranking she has ever achieved in her career (20).

After participating in many tournaments in Europe, Thuy Linh returned to Vietnam to continue training at the Bac Ninh National Sports Training Center, preparing for the 2025 Asian Badminton Championship taking place in April.

Recently, Vietnam's number one female tennis player did not attend the Vietnam International Challenge 2025 in Hanoi . This move helps Thuy Linh maintain her focus to aim for higher goals this year.

Thuy Linh's colleague, Vu Thi Trang, is having difficulty maintaining stable performance. In the latest update, the 32-year-old tennis player has dropped 10 places, down to 136th in the world . This is bad news for Vu Thi Trang, but it is also an opportunity for her to review and adjust her playing strategy in the next tournaments.

In the men's singles rankings, Nguyen Hai Dang has made a significant improvement when he rose to 61st place in the world, and is also the highest ranked Vietnamese male tennis player at BWF.

Another Vietnamese male tennis player, Le Duc Phat, is still ranked 64th in the world. He recently participated in the Vietnam International Challenge 2025 but did not achieve the desired results.
