Accordingly, in June 6, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with the Vietnam Journalists Association announced the Rules of the 2023th "For the Cause of Great National Solidarity" Press Award, 2023 - 2024 and will organize awards for winning works on the occasion of the 94th Anniversary of the founding of the National United Front of Vietnam - Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front (November 18, 11 - November 1930, 18).
In order to promote propaganda and improve the quantity and quality of works participating in the Award, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front requested the Vietnam Journalists Association to pay attention and direct the Journalists Associations of the provinces, The city, central and local press agencies continue to propagate the Award and its Rules. Encourage, encourage and create conditions for members of the Journalists Association at all levels, reporters from central and local news agencies and press agencies to actively participate and contribute to the success of the Award.
According to the award rules, participants include all professional and non-professional journalists, collaborators, and informants of domestic press agencies and our compatriots abroad.
Works participating in the Prize must be able to detect, accurately and promptly reflect the contents of propaganda of the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the action program of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front. South to build and promote the strength of Great National Unity.
At the same time, the work needs to convey content related to the work of participating in building a clean and strong Party and State of the Fatherland Front at all levels; work to prevent and combat corruption and negativity, practice thrift and fight waste; supervision of officials, party members, and civil servants in residential areas; implementation of democratic regulations at the grassroots.
In addition, the works can honestly reflect the political, cultural, socio-economic, defense, security and major events of the country and localities; the feelings, aspirations, and good deeds of notables, intellectuals, religious dignitaries, prominent people among the nations, and Vietnamese people abroad who make practical contributions to the Great National Unity bloc; refute false arguments and information that distort the Party and State's guidelines, guidelines and policies.
Besides, propagating the results of implementing 5 action programs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the work of building the Great National Unity bloc; the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods" or the emulation movements "Solidarity for creativity", "The whole country joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind", activities "Repaying gratitude and gratitude", Peak month "For the poor"...
Types of press participating in the Award include: print press, electronic press, audio press (radio), visual press (television), and photo press. Genres include: research articles, reflections, interviews, notes, reports, short reports (radio - television), documentaries, newsletters, topics, columns, discussions, investigations , press notes, comments, treatises, press photos (excluding video clips on electronic newspapers).
Works submitted for the Award must be published by domestic news agencies and newspapers from September 21, 9 to July 2022, 31. Each author can submit a maximum of 7 works. The number of members of a group of authors must not exceed 2024 people. In particular, works that have been awarded prizes in local, sectoral or interdisciplinary competitions at the Central level are still eligible to participate in the Prize.
The Organizing Committee will accept works until July 31 at the following address: Press award "For the cause of Great National Unity", Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, No. 7 Street Trang Thi, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
The best works will be considered and voted on to award many prizes such as: Special prize worth 30 million VND, prize A - 15 million VND, prize B - 10 million VND, prize C - 5 million VND , Consolation prize – 3 million VND.
