Accordingly, the Politburo mobilized and appointed Mr. Le Hai Binh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department as Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Journal.

Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai stated clearly that Mr. Le Hai Binh is a young, well-trained official, an Associate Professor of Politics, Doctor of International Relations, Senior Political Theory.

He has experienced many working positions, always obeying the Party's assignments in any position, always striving to train and contribute positively and effectively to agencies and units.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat believes that Mr. Le Hai Binh will promote his ability, experience, and bravery, quickly grasp the work, and together with the Party Committee, Editorial Board, officials, and party members of the Communist Magazine, promote achieved results, overcome shortcomings and limitations, build internal solidarity, strive to successfully complete assigned tasks

Speaking on acceptance of his duties, Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Review Le Hai Binh thanked the Politburo for trusting him with the valuable opportunity to work and contribute at the Communist Review - an agency with a long history. revolutionary tradition, is the leading ideological and theoretical banner, always attached to the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. 

Mr. Le Hai Binh expressed that this is a great honor and pride, but it also comes with a very heavy responsibility to complete the mission assigned by the Party and State.

He said that the Communist Magazine is at a milestone, marking its 95th year of glorious history with the release of its first issue next year.

With the tasks assigned by the Party and State, Mr. Le Hai Binh wishes to learn and inherit the achievements and valuable experiences of the previous generation.

He also vowed to bring all his abilities, intelligence and enthusiasm together to contribute and unite with the Editorial Department of the Journal to build and enhance the activities of the political theory agency of the Central Executive Committee. Party.

Mr. Le Hai Binh was born in 1977, is from Hai Phong city, and holds a PhD in International Relations.

Mr. Le Hai Binh has many years working in the diplomatic service, holding positions: Deputy Director of the Foreign Policy Department and Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies; Director of Press Information Department; Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Academy and Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies.

In October 10, he was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Information and International Cooperation, Central Propaganda Department.

In November 11, he was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Foreign Information Work. In January 2019, Mr. Le Hai Binh was elected as an alternate member of the 1th Party Central Committee, term 2021-13.

In August 8, he was appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Commission.
