On the morning of August 6th, Tien Linh participated in a photoshoot in preparation for the 2025/26 season at the team's headquarters and received confirmation from the Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) that he would be registered to play for his new club.
Despite having one year left on his contract with Binh Duong , both sides decided to part ways amicably. This is a significant loss for the team from Binh Duong, as Tien Linh is the league's top domestic striker. Last season, he scored 13 goals in the V.League, leading the list of top domestic players.

Conversely, Becamex TP.HCM continues its rebuilding process by parting ways with all its foreign players and selling Que Ngoc Hai to Dong A Thanh Hoa , while bringing in names like Van Cong, Hoang Hung, Trong Hung, and Trong Phu to aim for a new look in the upcoming season.
