Tien Phong Hamlet, Duc Luong Commune (Dai Tu) has continuously achieved cultural status for many years; it is a bright spot in many movements, especially the expansion of 6m wide hamlet roads. But through these movements, the greater thing we have recorded is the solidarity, friendly and harmonious village and neighborhood sentiment.

Tien Phong hamlet residents donated land, contributed labor and contributed to expand roads and improve the hamlet gate.

In a solidly built house located at the beginning of the village, we saw Mrs. Dinh Thi Van drying rice and her husband, Mr. Bach Tran Hoang, leisurely watching TV. They welcomed us with a gentle smile and friendly gestures. The reason we visited the family was because of their very humane story, willing to spend their own money to support another family nearby to participate in donating land.

Ms. Dinh Thi Van: “When the neighborhood launched a movement to widen the road to 6m, I saw that donating land was necessary and would bring great benefits to the community. Seeing that the neighbors’ families were still facing many difficulties, my husband and I decided to support them and join in donating land.”

The kindness of Mr. and Mrs. Hoang - Van, along with the support of many other households, such as the families of Nguyen Van Oanh, Trieu Van Thuc, La Thi Thanh, Le Thi Thang... donated land, assets on land, contributed labor with the neighbors in the hamlet to complete the expansion and concrete pouring of roads, contributing to helping Tien Phong hamlet expand nearly 1km of 6m-wide roads, creating favorable conditions for travel, trade and economic development.

Tien Phong hamlet has 165 households, mainly Tay ethnic people, living on agricultural and forestry production. With an area of ​​forest land up to 100 hectares, more than 30 hectares of tea, more than 50 hectares of rice..., people have actively rotated crops, applied scientific and technical advances in production. In particular, people have gradually shifted to tea production according to VietGAP and organic standards to improve product quality and value of agricultural products. Thanks to that, people's lives have gradually improved, the hamlet has only 5 poor households, striving to eliminate 2 more poor households this year.

Mr. Le Quang Dong, Secretary of Tien Phong Hamlet Party Cell : The highlight of Tien Phong is the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, and willingness to support and help each other. Especially the leading and exemplary spirit of 24 party members in all movements to set an example for the masses to follow. For example, party member Nguyen Van Oanh was willing to dismantle more than 40m of fence and donate more than 100m2 of land to widen the hamlet road to 6m.

Tea area has been expanded, bringing the main source of income for people in Tien Phong hamlet.

In addition to infrastructure development, Tien Phong hamlet also pays special attention to environmental sanitation and improving the spiritual life of the people. Every month, on the first Saturday, the people in the hamlet get together to clean up, clear bushes, clear drains, etc. This is the factor that creates a clean, beautiful, friendly and livable Tien Phong.

The cultural and artistic movement is equally vibrant. Cultural and sporting activities are regularly organized, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. Weddings, funerals, and ceremonies are held in a new, frugal, civilized way of life, in accordance with tradition and social ethics.

An indispensable factor in the stable development of the hamlet is the work of ensuring security and order. Under the leadership of Secretary Le Quang Dong and party members, Tien Phong always maintains security and order; there are no social evils, and very few conflicts and disputes arise. The hamlet groups always do a good job of reconciliation and support for families in difficulty.

With the achievements, Tien Phong hamlet is striving towards the goal of building “advanced new rural areas”. This is an important step to continue developing, creating a better and more complete living environment for the people.

Tien Phong Hamlet is a clear example that when the community is united, unanimous, knows how to share and help each other, any difficulty can be overcome. With this solid foundation, Tien Phong will continue to be a model of creativity and development in the new rural construction of Duc Luong commune.
