Thanks to the ripple effect of the NovaWorld project, Tien Thanh ward is gradually transforming into a modern coastal tourist city. Based on this foundation, the First Congress of the Tien Thanh Ward Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, clearly defined development targets. Simultaneously, it implemented key tasks as directed by Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Spreading the allure of NovaWorld

In its strategy for developing trade, services, and tourism, Tien Thanh ward identifies the NovaWorld Resort as a key project, playing a driving role in promoting socio -economic growth. Resolution 06-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee (14th term) on tourism development until 2025, with a vision to 2030, emphasizes the orientation of building NovaWorld into the center of Tien Thanh's tourism brand. This area contributes to attracting investment and increasing the value of the service, trade, and fisheries sectors. The project boasts comprehensively developed infrastructure and amenities, including a modern internal transportation system, electricity, water, and telecommunications. Open landscape spaces, ecological parks, and environmentally friendly architecture create a highlight for this coastal tourism urban area. NovaWorld integrates many functional zones such as: high-end resorts, water parks, marine sports centers, pedestrian streets, commercial and culinary areas… All of these create a large-scale, modern tourism complex, contributing to elevating Tien Thanh's position on the tourism map.

As soon as several sub-areas became operational, the number of tourists visiting Tien Thanh increased rapidly. The demand for accommodation, food , transportation, entertainment, and shopping services also increased, attracting service investors and forming a rich tourism ecosystem. This not only boosted local economic development and created stable jobs for residents but also helped shift the labor structure towards sustainability. In particular, the strong development of tourism expanded the market for local products, increased the value of goods, improved livelihoods, and increased income for people in the coastal region.

Thanks to the ripple effect of NovaWorld, the infrastructure of Tien Thanh ward has also been invested in comprehensively. Coastal roads and transportation routes connecting to the tourist area have been expanded; electricity, water, and telecommunications systems have been implemented simultaneously. The completed infrastructure has transformed the appearance of the coastal urban area, while also creating a foundation to attract more service and tourism projects in the future. With its large scale and clear development orientation, NovaWorld is not only a high-end resort destination but also a strategic growth "nucleus". The project contributes to making Tien Thanh a modern tourism and service center, making a positive contribution to the province's economic development. In this ward, the average GRDP growth rate for the period 2021-2025 is expected to reach 6.58% per year; of which, services will increase by 9.07%; by 2025, the average per capita income is estimated to reach 64 million VND, an increase of 1.27 times compared to 2021.

Tien Thanh - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe

To develop Tien Thanh into a modern tourism and service center, the First Congress of the Tien Thanh Ward Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, approved 14 key targets. These include an average annual growth rate of 11% in total state budget revenue; an average annual growth rate of 8.72% in total product value; a 1.2-fold increase in per capita income by 2030 compared to 2025; and a reduction in the multidimensional poverty rate of at least 1-1.5%.

To realize these goals, at the recent congress, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government, and people of Tien Thanh ward during the past term. He also requested a serious review of the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the political report, and the development of effective solutions for the next term.

Emphasizing the development orientation for the period 2025-2030, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the Party Committee of the ward base its goals on its potential, advantages, and practical situation to determine appropriate objectives. In particular, it should focus on effectively exploiting the strengths of the coastal economy to create a breakthrough and contribute to the overall development of the province. The focus should be on leading socio-economic development, improving infrastructure, and comprehensively enhancing the quality of life for the people.

With its long coastline, beautiful scenery, and relatively well-connected transportation infrastructure, Tien Thanh ward needs to closely coordinate with provincial authorities to create favorable conditions and strongly attract investment projects in the trade and service sector, especially tourism. The goal is to ensure that by the end of the term, trade and services will account for a high proportion of the economic structure, gradually building Tien Thanh into a modern and dynamic coastal urban area. Effective planning, management, and land use should be implemented; active coordination with relevant agencies and units should be ensured to accelerate the progress of key and important provincial projects and works, especially the provincial coastal road passing through the ward. Simultaneously, support and create favorable conditions for the private sector to develop even more strongly. Social security and welfare programs, policies, and sustainable poverty reduction should be fully and promptly implemented; and comprehensive development in healthcare, culture, and education should continue.

In addition, strengthen land and resource management and construction order. Improve the effectiveness of environmental and landscape protection, decisively address environmental pollution; build an image of Tien Thanh beach as green, clean, beautiful, and safe.
