Received and resolved 139 complaints from Ha Tinh consumers

In 2023, the Consumer Protection Association of Ha Tinh province received, advised, and supported the resolution of 139 cases of consumer feedback, complaints, and denunciations related to the purchase of goods or use of services.

In 2023, the Provincial Consumer Protection Association received, advised, and supported the resolution of 139 cases of consumer feedback, complaints, and denunciations. Of which, 125 cases were consulted and mediated via phone, zalo, and email; the remaining cases were consulted directly, the content of the feedback was mainly related to sales of goods that did not ensure quality such as announcements, advertisements, flight delays of the delegation without timely payment, car sales contracts that did not comply with the signed content...

In addition, in 2023, the association also promoted propaganda and dissemination of laws and basic knowledge about consumption so that consumers know how to protect themselves when purchasing goods and services, avoiding damage. Accordingly, the association printed and coordinated with localities to distribute 17,500 leaflets to propagate contents such as: rights and obligations of consumers, guiding smart consumers, prioritizing the use of Vietnamese goods and goods in the province. In addition, the association also took samples of processed foods, vegetables, fruits, and beef to quickly test for borax content, Salbutamol growth hormone residues, and pesticide residues.
