Supporting students to school - Towards the border regions.

(Dong Nai) - On the morning of September 13th, at Bu Gia Map Primary School, the 778 Economic-Defense Brigade, the Dong Nai Provincial Red Cross Society, the Long Thanh Charitable Social Red Cross Branch, in coordination with Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio and Television, and Bu Gia Map commune, organized the program "Supporting Students to School - Towards the Border Region".

Bu Gia Map is a remote, border commune with a large ethnic minority population. The journey of knowledge discovery for the students still faces many difficulties and obstacles. Bicycles and other practical and meaningful gifts bring great encouragement to the children in the new school year.

At the "Supporting Students to School - Towards the Border Region" program, the organizing committee donated 12 bicycles and 160 gifts to students of Bu Gia Map Primary School and Dak A Primary School. They also visited and donated two wheelchairs to elderly people in difficult circumstances. The total cost of the program was over 139 million VND. The resources were raised by the Dong Nai News, Newspaper and Radio & Television Department through soliciting support from sponsors and benefactors.
