Due to the influence of the storm, the eastern part of the central South China Sea will experience increasingly strong winds, reaching levels 6-7; near the storm's center, winds will reach levels 8-9, gusting to level 11, with waves 4-6 meters high and very rough seas. Around November 27th and 28th, the central South China Sea (including the northern part of the Truong Sa Special Administrative Region) is likely to experience strong winds of levels 10-11, gusting to level 14, with waves 7-9 meters high and extremely rough seas. Vessels operating in these dangerous areas are at risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.
