During this inspection, the Department of Construction conducted checks on real estate trading floors, primarily in the South and West wards of Nha Trang. The inspection targeted not only trading floors but also real estate brokerage businesses and individual brokers. Notably, authorities conducted surprise inspections of brokerage operations that did not meet the required standards, including individuals posting information online. The inspections focused on compliance with legal regulations in real estate business activities, such as: the legal status of products offered for sale; the listing and public disclosure of information; transaction confirmation through the trading floor; and the provision of data to state management agencies. Currently, the inspection team is compiling the results to report to the department's leadership.
This inspection is seen as a concrete step to strengthen discipline and enhance transparency in the real estate market, contributing to the stability of business operations in the province.
