Paris Saint-Germain are taking a tough stance on the Lee Kang-in deal. According to Le Parisien , the capital club's leadership, especially Sporting Director Luis Campos and Coach Luis Enrique, have no intention of letting the Korean midfielder leave this summer.
Lee Kang-in's confidence has grown even more after his brilliant performance in the 2025 UEFA Super Cup, where he scored a stunning goal. The 24-year-old star has featured in both opening matches of the 2025/26 Ligue 1 season (one as a starter, one as a substitute) and Enrique plans to give him more playing time in the future.
Lee Kang-in's contract with PSG is still valid until June 2028. Therefore, the Parc des Princes team is only willing to sit down at the negotiating table if they receive an offer exceeding 50 million euros. This is considered a price that is enough to deter many clubs pursuing him, from Atletico Madrid, Manchester United to other Premier League names such as Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest or Aston Villa.
With the 2025 summer transfer window coming to a close, Lee Kang-in is unlikely to leave PSG. Instead, he is likely to enter the new season with an increasingly important role in coach Enrique's plans.
