I absolutely love that bitter black coffee!

Clusters of red fruit hang on the branches .

Drying , roasting, and grinding are the processes that make coffee.

There is a gift that is often described as "black as hell, bitter as death, sweet as love," and that is coffee, a wonderful gift embraced by the whole world .

When we think of the rich flavor of coffee, we immediately think of Dak Lak – often called the coffee capital of Vietnam. I am proud to say that this peaceful land is also where I was born and raised. From a young age, I was immersed in the pristine wilderness with its endless, sprawling coffee plantations.

The photographer took the picture in a coffee plantation in Dak Lak.

Every March, coffee blossoms burst into a blanket of white, covering the plantations. The intoxicating fragrance of the flowers permeates the entire mountain forest. In my hometown, almost everyone, young and old, is "addicted" to coffee. Coffee has become a familiar daily beverage to quench thirst.

After each harvest season, families would eagerly select plump, ripe coffee beans, dry them, crush the husks, roast them until fragrant, and then store them in airtight containers to grind into powder for later consumption. Every morning before heading to the fields, they would prepare a pot of brewed black coffee to take with them. Occasionally, during festivals or if they had the chance to go to the city, they would stop at roadside coffee stalls to enjoy cups of pure black coffee bearing the Trung Nguyen brand.

Trung Nguyen's coffee products are diverse in type, catering to a variety of tastes. In the cool weather, the rich flavor of a glass of iced black coffee, combined with the romantic and charming atmosphere of the cafe, captivates and enchants the soul.

When you come to Dak Lak, you can not only enjoy delicious coffee but also participate in coffee tourism tours, learning about the coffee cultivation and processing process. Finally, I just want to say loudly: I love Dak Lak, I love those incredibly bitter black coffees!
