Quickly capture the subject of the stolen car without owner

On the afternoon of December 9, Long Xuyen Ward Police (An Giang Province) announced that they were detaining Nguyen Thanh Loan (born in 1987, residing in Dong An 1 Hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward) to investigate the act of "Theft of property" after the subject stole a motorbike from a resident at a restaurant in Dong An 1 Hamlet and pawned it.

The vehicle was recovered by the ward police.

According to Loan's confession, at around 8:00 a.m. on December 6, Loan walked to Bui Thi Xuan Street, Dong An 1 Hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward, and saw a Honda Future FI motorbike parked on the sidewalk, with no one watching (the owner was eating at a nearby restaurant). Waiting until there were no more passersby, Loan stole the motorbike and walked to get a key.

Having unlocked the car, Loan drove the car to Binh Duc ward and asked a friend to pawn it for 5 million VND.

After receiving the victim's report, using professional measures, on the same day, the Crime Prevention Team of Long Xuyen Ward Police quickly identified and arrested Loan, and at the same time proceeded to recover the vehicle and return it to the victim.
