On December 6th, speaking to the press, Mr. Le Van Thanh, the father of LVGN (the female student who was assaulted by a group), residing in Thanh Son village, Trung Chinh commune, Nong Cong district ( Thanh Hoa province), said that his family had just received notification from the Nong Cong District Police regarding the assessment of injuries on his daughter N.'s body.

Accordingly, based on the forensic examination report No. 7977 (dated November 22, 2024) from the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security, regarding bodily injuries in the "intentional infliction of injury" case that occurred on October 5, 2024, in Thai Son village, Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the total percentage of bodily injury sustained by child LVGN at the time of examination was 23%.

The female student who was assaulted by a group of students is currently suspended from school.

Mr. Le Van Thanh further informed that it has been two months since his daughter was assaulted by a group of students. Her health is still weak; her neck needs to be immobilized, and she cannot walk normally yet. Her parents must assist her with all daily activities.

Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that on October 4th, a female student from class 10A6 of Nong Cong 2 High School, Nong Cong district (Thanh Hoa province), while walking home from school, saw a female student from class 10A5 walking behind her, talking and laughing with another student. The student from class 10A6 thought that her classmate was speaking ill of her, which led to an argument.

On the afternoon of October 5th, after school ended, the two female students continued to argue and quarrel. Afterward, the school security dispersed the crowd, and all the students went home. However, upon reaching Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the students continued to argue, leading to a fight.

As a result, an 11th-grade female student (who intervened in the fight between her friends) was beaten up and seriously injured, requiring her to be transferred to Viet Duc Hospital for treatment.

Following the incident, Nong Cong 2 High School decided to suspend three students who were directly involved in assaulting their classmate.
