The attendees included Central Party Secretaries: Chief of the Central Party Office Le Hoai Trung; Head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet; Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Tran Luu Quang; Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri; and Central Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong; Central Party Committee Member, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, along with leaders and former leaders of central committees, ministries, and agencies, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and leaders and former leaders of Ho Chi Minh City.

The program was attended by more than 1,000 artists and performers from the performing arts troupes of military regions 1, 2, 5, 7, 9, Border Guard, and Air Defense - Air Force, bringing together a large number of famous artists.
Featuring 19 artistic performances linked to different historical periods of the Vietnamese nation, "The Country Filled with Joy" is an epic-style art program (including singing, dancing, music, and theater; live performances interspersed with epics). The program lasts 90 minutes and is structured into three chapters.

Chapter 1 - The aspiration for reunification, remembering the days of division, the whole country going to war with a series of songs such as "The Song by Hien Luong Wharf," "Song of Hope," "We Sing on the Peaks of Truong Son," "The Country," and the medley "The Country Full of Joy - Spring in Ho Chi Minh City."
Chapter 2 - The aspiration to rise, demonstrating the spirit of unity and solidarity in implementing comprehensive reforms; working together to build and protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the era of independence and development, with famous songs such as "The South Will Forever Remember the Gratitude to Him," "Singing About Today's Rice Plant," "The Unforgettable Song," etc.

Chapter 3 - The aspiration for national strength and prosperity, with proud melodies, melodies of a peaceful and renewed nation, melodies carrying the aspirations of the entire nation in the new era, with the medley "For the People, We Forget Ourselves" - "Truong Sa Military Song," "Young City," "Melody of the Fatherland"...

Throughout the program, stories are told through works of art, affirming the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, the courageous fighting spirit, and the glorious victories of our army and people, highlighting the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign; promoting the heroic traditions of the Vietnamese People's Army in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to the country's development and entering the current era of progress.

The program aims to widely disseminate the significance, scale, and historical value of the Great Victory of Spring 1975; the strength of national unity, the aspiration for peace and national independence, and the will for national reunification; affirming the wise leadership of the Party, and the strength and determination to fight and win of the Vietnamese army and people. At the same time, it expresses gratitude for the contributions of the forces that bravely fought and sacrificed to achieve this great victory; and to awaken the patriotic spirit and pride of cadres, soldiers, and the people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to bringing the country into an era of strong, prosperous, and thriving development.

"The Nation's Complete Joy" is not only an art program but also an opportunity for the people of Ho Chi Minh City and the entire country to remember and express gratitude to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. The program also awakens national pride, the spirit of unity, and the aspiration to build a stronger, more prosperous, and civilized country.
The event is expected to attract a large number of locals and tourists, contributing to a solemn and meaningful atmosphere in the series of activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country.
