Dien Bien TV - On the evening of March 13th, at 7/5 Square in Dien Bien Phu city, the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu city held a dress rehearsal for the street cultural parade program at the 2025 Hoa Ban Festival and the 8th Dien Bien Province Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival.

The street cultural parade program involved 2,800 participants.

The street cultural parade program, themed "Colors of Dien Bien ," lasts 90 minutes and consists of three main parts: the ceremony and artistic program: "Dien Bien Takes Flight"; the artistic parade showcasing the vibrant colors of Dien Bien; and the parade of decorated floats. Featuring a combination of singing and dancing performances, including scenes such as "Hoa Ban Dien Bien" (Hoa Ban Flower of Dien Bien), "City of Hoa Ban Flowers," "Come to Dien Bien with Me," and "Dance of Dien Bien's Colors," the parade celebrates the land and people of Dien Bien and the Hoa Ban flower, a symbol of life, culture, and the indomitable spirit of Dien Bien.

A parade of decorated floats will take place along Vo Nguyen Giap Street.

The program involved 2,800 participants, including singers, artists, and dancers from central and local art units, as well as amateur performers from local art troupes and clubs, and students from schools throughout the province.

The street cultural parade program is one of the meaningful activities of the 2025 Hoa Ban Festival and the 8th Dien Bien Province Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival, aiming to honor cultural values ​​recognized as cultural heritage and to introduce and promote them, contributing to the socio-economic development of Dien Bien province in particular and the Northwest region in general.
