TTH.VN – On the afternoon of May 19, the Department of Tourism coordinated with Vietravel Company Hue branch and related units to organize a free bicycle tour with the theme "Journey in the footsteps of Uncle Ho in Hue".
Joining the tour, the group of tourists experienced cycling activities on the beautiful roads of the city. Hue and then move to the attractions associated with President Ho Chi Minh's childhood in Hue, such as Truong Tien Bridge, Dong Ba market, Dieu De Pagoda, Uncle Ho memorial house on Mai Thuc Loan street, General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Hue Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted...
The tour was held on Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19), in order to help visitors better understand his childhood while in Hue. It is also a journey of gratitude, also a meaningful journey of memory; a journey of gratitude and a recollection of the venerable leader's childhood days; at the same time create a new tourism product completely free for tourists when coming to Hue.
It is expected that the free bicycle tour will be held monthly with two routes: Hung Vuong Street - Uncle Ho memorial house, Mai Thuc Loan street - General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum - Ho Chi Minh Museum - Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted; Hung Vuong – Duong No village and its vicinity (Thanh Tien paper flowers or Sinh village if you have time).
