Other subjects with a perfect score of 10 include: History, Foreign Language (English), Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Informatics, Geography, Industrial Technology, and Agricultural Technology.
Specifically for Literature - the only essay-based subject in this year's high school graduation exam - the highest score achieved in Ho Chi Minh City was 9.5 points.
According to Nguyen Van Qui, Deputy Head of the Quality Management Department (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training), here are some key dates that candidates need to be aware of after receiving their high school graduation exam results:
- From July 2nd to 5 PM on July 14th, candidates can register, adjust, and supplement their university admission preferences an unlimited number of times on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions portal.
- From July 15th to 5 PM on July 21st , candidates must pay the university admission application fee corresponding to the number of registered preferences online.
- Before 5 PM on August 13th , universities will announce the results of the first round of admissions.
- Before 5 PM on August 21st, all successful candidates must confirm their enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions portal.
Candidates wishing to appeal their exam results for the 2026 high school graduation exam in Ho Chi Minh City should submit their appeal applications at the same location where they submitted their exam applications. The appeal registration period is from July 1st to 5 PM on July 5th.
Specifically, students who have just completed their 12th grade year submit their applications at the high school they attended; independent candidates submit their applications at 6 designated reception points specified by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, including:
- Chu Van An Continuing Education Center (An Dong Ward)
- Le Quy Don Continuing Education Center (Tan Dinh Ward)
- Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center of District 10 (Hoa Hung Ward)
