In episode 12 of "Hoa sữa về trong gió" (Milk Flower in the Wind) , Linh (Thanh Hương) is unfairly reprimanded by the Director.

"Ms. Linh only achieved 68% of her KPI this month. This is a serious concern regarding her work performance. The results are clear, but what I need to mention is Ms. Linh's work attitude. I've been informed that Ms. Linh frequently leaves the office and engages in personal activities during working hours," the Director said.

In response, Linh explained the objective reasons she had presented to her department head, stating that anyone in her situation would face similar difficulties. Linh also explained that she only handled personal matters during her time off and did not allow it to affect work efficiency.

If Trang keeps delaying talking to her father about work, sooner or later everything will be revealed.
