According to astronomers, the June full moon – also nicknamed the "strawberry moon" in Western countries – will appear unusually low in the sky throughout the evening. Instead of rising higher, the moon will seem "stuck" near the horizon.
Time and Date magazine calculated that the Moon will reach its full phase at 6:56 AM on June 30th, Vietnam time. Therefore, tonight will be the most favorable night for you to observe it.

According to Space.com, when viewed from the Northern Hemisphere, the Strawberry Moon appears at its southeasternmost point on the horizon, rising slowly as if reluctant to leave the horizon.
Instead of rising abruptly like a winter full moon, the strawberry moon will drift across the southern sky.
A low-hanging position would force us to view the Moon through a thick atmosphere. Gas and dust particles would absorb and scatter short-wavelength light such as blue and violet, leaving only long-wavelength light such as red, orange, and yellow.
This gives the June full moon a pale burnt orange hue, especially in the early evening when the moon hangs extremely low, rather than the strawberry pink color it's nicknamed.
The full moon will continue to hang low and have a slightly orange hue throughout the summer .
In addition, the moon hanging low in the sky will make it appear larger, a phenomenon called the "moon mirage".
Conversely, people living in the Southern Hemisphere will see the June full moon hanging much higher than usual, similar to how people in the Northern Hemisphere admire the December moon.
