Is the resistance and struggle in a part of the party organization having problems, affecting the ability to self-detect and self-exclude internal violations?
The worrying thing is that in many cases handled in the past time, the party organization has been manipulated by the leader or a group of key cadres, leading to wrongdoing. So the violations have a process that takes place in a short time, but the party organization has almost no resistance to self-detect and prevent violations. Even becoming a tool, a front for mistakes.
Since then, the principle of democratic centralism has become formal, distorted, the principle of self-criticism and criticism has been nullified, and the inspection and supervision work has not detected any violations.
Consequences are not only loss of cadres and organizational damage, but more dangerous is the loss of trust among the people, affecting the survival of the Party and the regime.
In the sacred testament, President Ho Chi Minh warned: “Our Party is a ruling party. Every party member and cadre must be truly imbued with revolutionary morality, thrift, integrity, justice and impartiality. We must keep our Party pure and worthy of being a leader and a faithful servant of the people."
Therefore, upholding the leadership role and fighting strength of the Party's grassroots organizations is a regular and continuous job; at the same time, uphold the inspection and supervision role of the superior party committees and promote the eyes and ears of the people. Only in this way will the Party organization not lose its fighting strength and resistance to mistakes, so that the Party will always be the leader and loyal servant of the People.
