During the recent 10th anniversary celebration of Sconnect Vietnam (Sconnect) in Hanoi , the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) honored and awarded a certificate for establishing the record as "The unit producing and distributing the Wolfoo Game series for children with the most Teacher Approved certifications on Google Play in Vietnam," with 54 games certified with the Teacher Approved badge as of September 2024.
The Teacher Approved certification is a program in which Google Play collaborates with teachers and child education experts to highlight the most suitable apps or games for children on Google Play. The Teacher Approved certification helps parents identify healthy game content that can develop their children's thinking skills.
The renowned experts and advisors that Google Play collaborates with include Joe Blatt from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Dr. Sandra Calvert from Georgetown University (USA). This team of experts rates and approves applications based on the following criteria: Interesting or inspiring; Age appropriateness; Design suitable for children.

This is the third Vietnamese record awarded to Sconnect in 2024. Previously, on January 6, 2024, at the 53rd Vietnam Record Holders' Reunion, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Vietnam Record Organization (Vietking), Sconnect was honored and certified for two Vietnamese records: “The unit owning the largest number of copyrights related to Vietnamese animated films (127 copyrights)” and “Wolfoo - The Vietnamese animated film with the most episodes released in multiple languages on YouTube.”
Sconnect began programming and publishing games in February 2022, releasing them on the Apple Store and Google Play platforms. After two years, Sconnect has released over 200 games and averaged over 3 million downloads per month. Wolfoo Game has reached over 50 million downloads in total, with the largest user base in the US and Europe. All game scenarios are developed in consultation with educational experts following the international Montessori standard, aiming to help children develop appropriate qualities and behaviors.
According to Le Manh Linh, Director of Applications and Games at Sconnect, this achievement is a source of motivation for Sconnect to continue striving to bring more innovative, safe, and educational products to children in Vietnam and around the world .
"To achieve these successes, we cannot overlook the dedication of the entire production and distribution team. Each member has worked tirelessly, pouring their heart and creativity into every product. They are the ones who have contributed and continue to contribute to building a healthy and beneficial Wolfoo ecosystem," Mr. Le Manh Linh emphasized.
Wolfoo, the animated series with billions of views, is Sconnect's most successful "made in Vietnam" animated character to date. The Wolfoo animated series on YouTube has consistently ranked among the top 50 most-watched channels in the US, has been translated into over 20 languages, and generates over 4 billion views per month for Sconnect. Beyond cross-border platforms, Wolfoo has also appeared on television (SCTV, FPT Play, Chinese television), and OTT/IPTV platforms in many countries. Notably, the film "Wolfoo and the Mysterious Island" became the first Vietnamese animated film to be commercially released in theaters.
Leveraging the intellectual property and popularity of the Wolfoo characters, Sconnect has developed a multi-service ecosystem including: Games/Apps; Children's music; Licensing/merchandise for various consumer brands; and the Wolfoo World amusement park system.
In the future, Sconnect will continue to expand its ecosystem not only with Wolfoo Game but also by incorporating other beloved characters, aiming to provide more entertainment and educational options for children.
