Joining in the joyful and vibrant atmosphere of the National Unity Day celebration in Thanh Ha village (An Phu commune, My Duc district, Hanoi ), on the afternoon of November 8th, a delegation from Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, led by journalist Nguyen Dang Khang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, came to celebrate with the local people and presented meaningful gifts to disadvantaged families in An Phu commune.


Thanh Ha village has 217 households and 850 inhabitants, including 5 families receiving government assistance and 1 martyr. The village has two main religions: Buddhism and Catholicism, with Buddhism accounting for 10% and Catholicism 90%. 70% of the population are Muong ethnic people, and there are 13 poor and near-poor households, representing 5.9%. The people mainly live by farming, livestock breeding, and small-scale trading.



Over the years, under the guidance and leadership of all levels, the Party Committee and the Village Front Committee have united and fulfilled their responsibilities to promote propaganda and mobilize the people in the residential area to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and campaigns. The people in the residential area have united, demonstrating diligence and creativity in labor and production, exploiting the potential and strengths of the area, overcoming difficulties to build a stable and increasingly prosperous residential area in all aspects.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Trung Hai, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the My Duc District Party Committee, said that the achievements of the officials and people of Thanh Ha village have affirmed the correctness of the Party's policy of national unity, demonstrating the will, spirit of solidarity, and efforts to successfully implement the "National Unity for Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign, making an important contribution to the successful completion of the political tasks of An Phu commune in particular and My Duc district in general.

Acknowledging and commending the achievements that Thanh Ha village has made in the past, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the My Duc District Party Committee, Do Trung Hai, expressed his hope that in the future, the village will continue to achieve even more outstanding results, and that many exemplary individuals and families will work together, contributing their strength and intelligence to building a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized An Phu commune.
On this occasion, Mr. Do Trung Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the My Duc District Party Committee, expressed his sincere gratitude to all the leaders, reporters, and editors of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper for their continued support and companionship with My Duc district in its activities; especially for their many meaningful programs and activities aimed at spreading love, sharing, and assistance from the community, helping disadvantaged households in the district to rise up, stabilize their lives, and escape poverty sustainably, thereby inspiring self-reliance, aspiration to rise up, and build a stronger, more prosperous, and happier homeland.

Joining in the festivities with the local people, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Nguyen Dang Khang, presented 40 gifts (including cash and goods) to 40 disadvantaged families in An Phu commune. Dai Doan Ket Newspaper also handed over 60 gifts to representatives of the My Duc District Fatherland Front Committee to be distributed to 60 poor households in Hop Thanh and Hop Tien communes.
