Visiting and wishing a happy new year to the families of martyr journalists is a traditional activity maintained annually by the Vietnam Journalists Association of the province , Long An Newspaper, and Long An Radio and Television Station, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions of martyr journalists in the journalism career, contributing to the independence and freedom of the nation.
At each family, the delegation kindly visited them about their health and living conditions and presented them with Tet gifts, including VND500,000 in cash, a Tet gift basket and two copies of the Spring Newspaper. At the same time, they encouraged the families to continue to care abouteducating their children and grandchildren to inherit and promote the revolutionary spirit.
