Recently, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong signed and issued Decision No. 615/QD-BVHTTDL on organizing an art exhibition commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (July 7). May 5 – May 1954, 7).
