According to information published by the website 163.com, Zhao Jian, the biological brother of actress Zhao Wei, has publicly released the entire Civil Conciliation Agreement. This document, issued by the Beijing Internet Court on June 5th, directly resolves the dispute between the actress and Hefei Ju Ri Sheng Cultural Media Co., Ltd. This media company has been identified as being behind a series of social media accounts spreading false information to defame the actress.
Representing his sister, Zhao Jian filed a lawsuit against the individuals and organizations involved. After a transparent review process, both sides reached a formal settlement agreement. According to the ruling, the defendant, Ju Ri Sheng Company, is required to draft a written apology addressed specifically to Zhao Wei. Furthermore, the company must publicly post the apology on social media platforms, pinning the post continuously for at least 10 days. In addition, the defendant must compensate for damages amounting to 20,000 RMB and pay court fees of 300 RMB. This move is considered a strong blow against organizations that exploit sensational information to attract traffic regardless of the means.

For a long time, the Weibo platform was flooded with posts fabricating false information targeting the star of the drama "Princess Huanzhu." Malicious rumors linked her and her ex-husband Huang Youlong, along with MC Li Xiang, to an illegal business operation. Those spreading the rumors claimed her wine business and international real estate investments were merely a cover for money laundering and asset concealment. They even claimed she established shell companies to legitimize her enormous profits.
The incident culminated in articles fabricating stories about a human trafficking network connecting people to online scams in Myanmar. Page 163 revealed that a cousin of Huynh Huu Long, named Xa Khai Luan, had a serious criminal record and was arrested for gambling in his hometown. The group spreading the rumors used Xa Khai Luan's arrest by Thai police in 2022 for involvement in a telecommunications fraud and forced labor ring to falsely accuse Huynh Huu Long of being involved in the same scheme. They fabricated that the actress, despite knowing about her husband's shady activities, still blindly invested in the scheme.
Faced with malicious rumors, Zhao Jian resolutely refuted them, emphasizing that celebrities are easily vulnerable to public criticism. His family has successively reported the matter to authorities in Beijing and Shanghai to dismantle the sources of fake news. Since the unexpected blackout in August 2021, countless rumors have surrounded Zhao Wei, fabricating reasons for her being banned from broadcasting. Most recently, on December 28, 2024, she officially announced that she had finalized her divorce from Huang Youlong, whom she had divorced many years ago. The actress affirmed that she no longer has any ties to her ex-husband and is determined to distance herself from any financial troubles related to him.
