Out of a total of 2,216 applications received, 98.51% were submitted online; the commune resolved 1,963 applications correctly and ahead of schedule, achieving a rate of 92.03%. In addition, the work of cleaning up population and land data reached 90%. Commune officials proactively applied artificial intelligence to improve work efficiency. Economic development models for households linked with trade and services have initially proven effective... In particular, the people consistently agree with the leadership and guidance of the local Party committee and government, and are striving to develop socio-economic aspects.

This ideology helps create consensus, strengthen trust, and unleash the power of national unity. As a result, all policies and initiatives are quickly implemented and achieve high effectiveness.
Furthermore, upholding the spirit of prioritizing the people helps officials and civil servants develop their abilities and successfully complete their assigned tasks. Being close to the people and understanding their needs also helps overcome bureaucracy and refine policies to better suit reality. After all, the satisfaction and well-being of the people are the most authentic proof of the administrative capacity of an organization or government in the current era.
