Regiment 717 organizes democratic dialogue.

BPO - On the afternoon of June 6th, at Regiment 717, the Party Committee and Command of Army Corps 16 held a democratic dialogue conference for the second quarter of 2025 with officers, staff, and workers of the regiment. Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of Army Corps 16, chaired the dialogue session.

During the dialogue, conducted in a democratic and open spirit, the conference received many frank opinions expressing thoughts, aspirations, and suggestions to the commander of the Corps. The opinions focused on regulations, policies, material and spiritual well-being, and the work of production and protection of orchards.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trung Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Regiment Commander, presented a summary of the opinions and suggestions of officers, staff, and workers at the conference.

The workers' opinions mainly concerned regulations, policies, material and spiritual well-being, and production and protection of the orchards.

At the conference, officers, staff, and workers received timely answers to their questions from the Corps Headquarters, resolving difficulties, shortcomings, and obstacles immediately. They also received information and propaganda on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the Army's tasks, enabling them to better understand the Corps 16's future mission and strategy.

Concluding the dialogue, Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of Brigade 16, highly appreciated the preparation and the open and frank spirit of the officers, staff, and workers of Regiment 717 participating in the dialogue. He affirmed that the opinions, concerns, and aspirations of the officers, staff, and workers were all heartfelt and valid. He also requested the Party Committee and Command of the Regiment to continue to thoroughly understand and implement the directives and resolutions of all levels regarding the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; and to improve the quality of democratic dialogue at all levels in accordance with regulations. This will help to promptly and reasonably resolve difficulties, build unity within the unit, and create conditions for officers, staff, and workers to work with peace of mind and strive to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
