Regiment 717 organizes democratic dialogue

BPO - On the afternoon of June 6, at Regiment 717, the Party Committee - Command of Army Corps 16 held a democratic dialogue conference for the second quarter of 2025 with officers, employees and workers of the regiment. Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Commander of Army Corps 16 chaired the dialogue.

At the dialogue, with a democratic and open spirit, the conference received many frank opinions expressing thoughts, aspirations and recommendations and proposals to the Head of the Corps Command. The opinions focused on the regime, policies, material and spiritual life; production work, and garden protection.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trung Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Regiment Commander, reported on the synthesis of opinions and recommendations from cadres, employees and workers at the conference.

Workers' opinions are mainly about the regime, policies, material and spiritual life, and production and protection of the garden.

Also at the conference, officers, employees and workers had their opinions answered promptly by the Corps Agency, immediately resolving difficulties, shortcomings and problems; at the same time, they were informed and propagated about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the Army's tasks so that workers could better understand the tasks and strategies of Corps 16 in the coming time.

Concluding the dialogue, Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Commander of the 16th Corps, highly appreciated the preparation work and the open and frank spirit of the cadres, employees and workers of Regiment 717 participating in the dialogue, affirming that the opinions, concerns and aspirations of the cadres, employees and workers were very dedicated and appropriate. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and the Regiment Commander to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the directives and resolutions of all levels on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; improve the quality of democratic dialogue activities at all levels in accordance with regulations. Thereby, promptly and reasonably resolving difficulties, building solidarity in the unit, creating conditions for cadres, employees and workers to work with peace of mind, striving to complete assigned tasks well.
