Ms. Phan Thi Kim Duyen, the school principal, said that the school was designed with 20 classrooms, and by the 2024-2025 school year, it had developed 18 classrooms. These include 2 nursery groups; 5 kindergarten classes, 5 pre-kindergarten classes, and 6 pre-primary classes.
The school's management team, including teachers and staff, comprises 56 people. Many of the teachers belong to the 9X generation – aged around 35. The school's leadership believes that teachers in this age group have a significant advantage in terms of health, dynamism, and creativity to effectively care for, nurture, and educate preschool children.

Besides classrooms, the school also has many functional rooms such as a music room, a physical education room, an English language learning room, etc.
The advantage of this preschool is its spacious surroundings, including a school garden and outdoor play and learning areas for children. Many educational activities, games, and sports events are held outdoors, taking advantage of the fresh air and abundant trees outside.

Preschool children are taught independence through small tasks. Nursery children can already remember the image and written name on their name tags in their lockers; they retrieve their own items so they can change clothes and prepare for naptime after lunch.

Parents and fellow preschool teachers from Ho Chi Minh City who visited the school were impressed with the school garden area, where teachers and staff grow vegetables, gourds, and flowers. In the garden, teachers guide students in watering, caring for, and harvesting the produce. This is a way for children to learn about the plants around them, appreciate the hard work of gardeners, and get physical exercise.
In 2018, Long Binh Kindergarten in Thu Duc City was recognized as a national standard school at level 1. By the 2023-2024 school year, after being re-evaluated, the school still maintained the national standard at level 1 and achieved educational accreditation level 2.
