Commending outstanding young people of Thanh Hoa.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union has honored outstanding youth union members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026).

The seminar and commendation ceremony, organized by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union on the afternoon of March 20th, was attended by Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Permanent Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association; Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, along with many leaders of Thanh Hoa province.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Permanent Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, and President of the Vietnam Student Association, presented certificates of merit to outstanding Youth Union officials.

At the seminar, delegates reviewed the contributions of Thanh Hoa's youth during the resistance war and in the present day, highlighting many remarkable achievements and positive results, affirming the pioneering role of the Youth Union in contributing to the development of the homeland.

At the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, stated that during the resistance war, there were exemplary young people who bravely sacrificed themselves for the Fatherland, such as heroes To Vinh Dien and Nguyen Ba Ngoc… and to this day, every year, thousands of projects and tasks are contributed by young people to society. These are concrete and practical actions that affirm the role of youth.

"The achievements and results of Thanh Hoa's youth have contributed to the province's overall success in various fields. The Party Committee, government, and people of the province always place their trust in the Youth Union and will always provide the most active support to help the province's youth unleash their potential and contribute more to the province," said Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh.

At the ceremony, 58 Youth Union members and 10 Youth Union officials with outstanding achievements in the youth and children's movement were commended and awarded certificates of merit.

Earlier that day, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Thanh Hoa Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, honored and rewarded 40 young people from ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa province who have successfully started their own businesses. Many of these youth-led startup and economic development models have yielded high economic efficiency and value, helping to create jobs for many workers.
