Mr. Ngo Van Ninh - Chief of Office, spokesman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, learned from experience from highway projects in a number of provinces and cities, since Lam Dong province started the dossier for highway construction, section Tan Phu (Dong Nai) - Bao Loc (Lam Dong) and section Bao Loc - Lien Khuong, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directed localities to immediately implement propaganda work along the route designed to use Flycam.
"This is the document as a basis for the state to carry out compensation, land recovery and ground clearance for two sections of the highway passing through Lam Dong province!", Mr. Ngo Van Ninh said.
Bao Loc Pass area
According to the spokesman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, due to good propaganda and recognition of the actual situation along the highway design route, so far, people have not detected the situation of people building works, planting more long-term agricultural crops for the purpose of requesting compensation from the state when conducting land acquisition and clearance for highway construction.
Currently, Lam Dong province has finished planting 25/55km, with about 250 centerline piles without forest. Lam Dong province has also partially adjusted the alignment of the 4-section expressway, reducing the forest area that has to be converted due to road construction.
Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway has a length of 67km, passing through Dong Nai and Lam Dong provinces. The first point connects with the Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project, the end point is at Km 216, intersecting with Nguyen Van Cu street (Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province). The total investment of this project is about 17.200 billion VND.
Lien Khuong Expressway
The section of Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway connecting Tan Phu - Bao Loc highway, has a length of about 74km, a total investment of 19.521 billion VND.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee plans to start construction of the expressway, from Tan Phu to Bao Loc on September 2. The section from Bao Loc City to Lien Khuong is expected to start construction in 9.
