The program content focused on digital transformation solutions, the application of membership management software, and the use of online tools in union operations and communication. The instructors provided practical training on using the online membership management system and applications supporting communication through social media.

In addition to theory, the program also includes practical exercises and real-world scenarios to help trainees quickly familiarize themselves with new tools. Many trade union officials highly appreciated the practicality of the training session, especially the content related to information security and the use of artificial intelligence in supporting trade union work.
