For young players, the image of their coach on the field always has two facets: serious and approachable. During training and matches, coaches provide extremely close guidance, demanding high professionalism and absolute concentration from their students. Lessons on movement, covering, and intercepting the ball in front of opponents are meticulously taught by the coaches, helping the children perfect their footballing mindset.
However, once they step off the pitch, that seriousness quickly gives way to smiles and kindness. The coaches become like big friends, always creating a cheerful atmosphere to relieve pressure, helping the children see each match as an opportunity for entertainment and fun after stressful school hours.
A place to hone skills and teamwork.
Football is a team sport , and that's the biggest lesson coaches want to impart to their students. Through training at community football classes or centers, children not only develop comprehensively physically but also cultivate discipline and teamwork from the smallest things.
From their perspective as mentors, the coaches shared that their biggest goal is not just to help the children overcome each opponent on the field, but more importantly, to help them gain a deeper understanding of the sport, and learn how to cooperate and share with their teammates.
Where football dreams begin.
Every summer for children begins in special ways. For the young players participating in the HTV Cup 2026 Youth Football Tournament, summer is woven from the opening whistle, from the sweat mixed with the joyful laughter on the field, and from the friendships that grow stronger after each match.
Gathering from all over the country, from suburban wards and villages to remote islands, the young football teams bring with them innocence, determination, and a burning love for the round ball. The HTV Cup 2026 is not only a healthy sporting event during the summer, but also the first launching pad – where the dreams of playing football officially begin for these children.
