When appeal is measured by real-life experience
Over 353,000 visitors in 2025 is not a number generated from short-lived peaks, but rather accumulated steadily over each tourist season. Compared to 2024, the number of visitors increased by 11.5%, revenue reached VND 56.1 billion, an increase of 10.5%; profit rose to VND 13.4 billion, while the amount contributed to the state budget reached VND 8.3 billion, an increase of 12.5%. These figures show that the appeal of Green Pearl Island lies not in temporary booms, but in its ability to retain and extend the length of stay of tourists.

The Green Pearl Island destination is a favorite spot for field trips for students across the country.
The driving force behind growth lies in the way the product structure is designed as a "one-stop shop - multiple experiences." Here, entertainment, sightseeing, relaxation, and healthcare are not separate but seamlessly connected.
Visitors can enjoy the scenic surroundings, relax in the hotel and restaurant complex, and access services such as mineral baths, massages, and physiotherapy.
This combination creates a clear competitive advantage, especially as tourism demand is shifting strongly towards green, eco-friendly spaces that promote physical well-being.
In fact, more and more tourists are coming to Thanh Thuy not just for sightseeing, but to stay. Children have space to exercise and explore ; adults find relaxation; and the elderly have more suitable healthcare options.
When each customer group finds a reason to return, growth no longer depends on market fluctuations, but is nurtured directly by the quality of the experience.
From this perspective, the 2025 figures not only reflect business results but also show that Green Pearl Island has caught the crucial shift in tourism: from "crowded" to "the right customers," from expanding superficially to accumulating intrinsic value.
Investing in depth
The growth of Green Pearl Island is not limited to attracting more guests, but is fueled by investments that return to the resort's space and service quality. In 2025, the resort will continue to renovate the mineral bath garden, massage, and physiotherapy facilities – a product line considered the "soft pillar" of Thanh Thuy resort; while also upgrading the equipment in hotel rooms, gradually enhancing the stay experience towards comfort and moderation, enough to make guests feel relaxed without being overwhelmed.

The hot spring bathing area attracts a large number of visitors from within the province and surrounding areas, especially from Hanoi, who come to relax and improve their health.
A significant portion of resources is dedicated to environmental landscaping. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang, Deputy General Director of Ao Vua Joint Stock Company, approximately 4 hectares of green space, flower gardens, and ornamental plants have been expanded, creating cool, refreshing buffer zones between functional areas.
It is these green spaces that create the feeling of being "in nature," rather than just admiring nature from afar – a factor that is increasingly influencing the choice of destinations for urban tourists.
Alongside its business investments, Green Pearl Island has allocated 6 billion VND to social welfare activities, with approximately 885 million VND specifically in Phu Tho province. These figures are not included in the profit report, but they contribute to building trust between the company and the local community.
When a tourist area develops in harmony with the surrounding community, sustainability is no longer an abstract concept, but becomes a two-way relationship: Businesses grow alongside the land, and the land creates opportunities for businesses to expand.
Green Pearl Island doesn't choose the path of rapid growth at all costs. Instead, it opts for a steady approach, investing in stages, expanding selectively, and building on human experience and environmental balance.
In the context of Phu Tho's tourism landscape transforming towards a green and sustainable direction, this approach demonstrates a sufficiently deep approach to sustain long-term growth.
In this green resort area, people not only find a weekend getaway but also recognize a thought-provoking direction for tourism development in Phu Tho – where prosperity is not measured by short-term growth rates, but by the desire to stay longer, to return more often, and by the subtle values that remain after each trip.
