Apple claims the iPhone 15 can play recorded video for approximately 20 hours continuously, or listen to music for 80 hours on a single charge. Using a 20W charger, it can charge from 0% to 50% in 30 minutes. The device supports MagSafe and Qi2 (15W). These specifications are similar to the iPhone 16, except that the newer generation has MagSafe charging up to 25W.

Numerous tests and real-world usage have shown that this device has an on-screen time of over 5 hours and 20 minutes with approximately 30% battery remaining. These details indicate that the device is more than capable of lasting a full day with typical connectivity and entertainment needs.

Should you upgrade to the iPhone 15?

With the advantages mentioned above and many similarities to the iPhone 16, the iPhone 15 is clearly a worthwhile option compared to its "younger sibling" because users will save a significant amount of money (18.9 million VND compared to 21.5 million VND) if they choose the 2023 model. For those currently using iPhone 11 or 12, planning to upgrade before the Lunar New Year and still wanting to use an Apple phone, the iPhone 15 is considered a more suitable choice than the iPhone 16 in terms of price-to-value ratio.

For Android users looking to switch, the iPhone 13, 14, and 15 models are reasonable choices because the cost isn't too high for a device that they might not stick with for a long time. If you plan to use it for several years and aren't worried about finances, only need an iPhone that meets basic needs, and want to experience Apple Intelligence, then the options expand to include the iPhone 16.
